Warranty Department handles several aspects of material quality
before, during and after the production processes. For
typical after-market product support, please contact us for a
return authorization number prior to shipping your item.
Upon arrival of your material for warranty consideration, the
component will be tagged with a red warranty tag and a package
containing the warranty claim form that identifies the component
from normal production material and for tracking purposes from
start to finish through the warranty process. A Corrective
Action Team (CAT) is designated to conduct the inspection within
ten days of receipt to determine disposition of either Honored or
Denied. For Honored claims, the repairs are completed at no
charge to you. For claims that are Denied, customer Services
will notify you with an estimate of material and labor hours
necessary to repair the component. No repairs are initiated
without your approval. Once the warranty process is
completed, the component is immediately returned to you. Customers
may contact our Warranty Manager to obtain return numbers, verify
claim information or to check the status on their material. |
